Our firm has ample experience in the legal structuring of project finance.
Among other operations, Ambrogi & Asociados has advised the banks which financed the construction of the Consolidation Centre of Volkswagen Argentina S.A. in General Pacheco, Buenos Aires Province. We have also advised the underwriting entities in the construction of the Penitentiary Complex II (Marcos Paz, Buenos Aires Province), awarded by the Argentine Ministry of Justice to a consortium of Spanish companies.
